Last year during Senior State Championship held at Chikli, Dist Navsari, there were 32 teams have participated which shows that almost all the district of the state are regularly playing kabaddi and participating in state championships.

In current year, at Sub Junior National Championship held at Udhamsingh Nagar, H.P. our State Sub Junior team cleared league pool as Group Winner and lost in pre quarters, similarly our Senior Women team also cleared group and reached up-to knock out stage at Senior National Kabaddi Championship held at Haryana.

These performances are appreciable and show remarkable improvement..
